This one-acre site was developed with 30, 1-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom, Factory-Built Cottages. They have been arranged as duplexes and four-plexes to ensure the maximum number of people could be served on the project. The units are all-electric and solar powered. This project was designed, developed and built by Halsell Builders and is currently owned by the Housing Authority of Santa Barbara County. It current serves formerly homeless veterans and other at-risk populations in Santa Barbara County
